1. Cancellations:
– Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up will be eligible for a full refund.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount.

2. No-Shows:
– If a customer does not show up for their reservation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Early Returns:
– If you return the vehicle before the agreed rental period, no refund will be given for unused days.

4. Damage or Late Returns:
– Refunds will not be issued for damage to the vehicle or late returns. Additional charges may apply depending on the rental agreement.

5. Payment Method:
